Each hunter will be entitled to 2 gobblers (You must reserve your hunt by March 1st to receive the 2nd tag.)      The Pennsylvania Spring Turkey Season begins April 30th, and ends May 31st. The price includes PRIME turkey hunting areas (normally no hunting pressure in our areas), Modern Camp, ALL permits & licenses.      Pennsylvania Turkey hunting ends at NOON each day. Hunters looking for more attractions in the afternoon, we have great trout fishing and 4 golf courses within a 15-mile radius of Smethport! November 2012 Bear Hunt (Do-It-Yourself) Burdick's Lodge is offering our DO-IT-YOURSELF November 2012 Black Bear Hunt, basically we are offering a camp rental and hunting areas that traditionally have produced bear kills. Included with your hunt will be a very modern camp located within minutes of PRIME bear hunting areas complete with tree stands.      Hunters may use our areas and tree stand or may still hunt in areas of their choice. We have an endless amount of acreage that is accessible to hunters, especially those who like to venture off the beaten path. Topo maps and Satellite maps of prime hunting area will be provided.      Hunters will arrive at camp on Friday, November 16th. Saturday November 17th is the Opening Day. There is no hunting on Sundays in PA, so on the 18th hunters can spend the entire day relaxing or scouting our bear hunting areas.      Hunting dates are November 17, 19, 20, 21. The cost of this Do-It-Yourself, 3-Day Bear Hunt will be: $595 / hunter, min. of 3 max. of 8   * plus cost of licenses (approx. $150) 5 Nights of Camp Rental with 4 days of hunting in Prime Hunting Areas! Bear Hunters will be responsible in obtaining their own PA hunting licenses and bear tag, which may be done on-line through the PGC Site. Spectacular 2012 Bear Hunt Burdick's Lodge is offering a hunt that just may be the only hunt of its kind offered in the U.S. ... Hunters will experience a "TRULY EXCITING" TOP NOTCH fully guided, all inclusive hunt.      This hunt is being offered to a group with a minimum of 4 hunters and a maximum of 8.      Burdick's Lodge will provide 7-10 guides / drivers to drive Black Bears out of our many Swamps, Clear-Cuts, River Bottoms, and Dense Mountain Laurel patches. We have an endless amount of Public Lands and Semi-Private lands, and now 1000 acres of 100% PRIVATE LAND that are PRIME Bear habitat. Our guides will beat the brush for 8 hours each day of the Pennsylvania 3-day bear season, pushing bear out of thick cover to our hunters who will be posted on the edges of the cover.      Hunters will arrive at Burdick's Lodge on Friday November 16th. Hunting begins on Saturday, November 17th, (there is no hunting on Sunday the 18th, hunters can relax on Sunday or scout additional areas), resumes on Monday, November 19th and ends on Wednesday, November 21st.      This hunt is all about service! Your hunt includes a very modern camp with all of the conveniences, all hunting licenses and permits, 4x4 trucks for transportation, skinning and processing, 7-10 guides, camp cook for all dinners (lunches served in the field).
