- DO NOT HUNT OR ASK PERMISSION TO HUNT ON “ANY” PROPERTY , EXCEPT THE AREA'S SHOWN TO YOU!
- Road Hunting is illegal in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Bucks must have a minimum of 3 points on at least one side.
- NO semi-automatic rifles for deer or bear, semi-automatics are legal for Turkey
- A buck with antlers 3” or smaller is classified as a doe, tag with your doe tag.
- NO BAITING at all in Pennsylvania.
- Hunting licenses must be displayed in the middle of your back, make sure you have a plastic hunting license holder.
- Make sure you carry a pen and string in your license holder to fill out your tag.
- Make sure your deer is tagged and tag filled out PRIOR to moving the deer.
- MAKE sure the name, address, time, date are filled out on your tag.
- Do not track your deer at night, contact Perry prior to tracking at night.
- D-Map tags are for specific area's only, make sure you know the boundaries.
- You may spotlight during archery, YOU CAN NOT SPOT during the gun season.
- It is NOT LEGAL to use screw in steps or hooks in Pennsylvania.
- Fluorescent Orange is required during the gun season ( head-chest-back ), and while moving during certain weeks of the archery season.
- If you have a mistake kill, tag the deer with the proper tag and bring to my office
We will then contact the PA. Game Commission. - ALL HUNTERS MUST WEAR A SAFETY BELT WHILE IN TREE STANDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- If ANY member of your hunting party blatantly breaks a PA Game Law… The ENTIRE GROUP will be asked to leave the camp…NO money will be refunded to any members of the group!
- The law states you must be 25 yards off the road to shoot at a deer, this is the Pa. Game Commission law! The BURDICK'S LODGE LAW is at no time will any clients stop their vehicle to shoot at a deer or any other game on property or lands while enroute to or from camp, tree stands, or hunting areas.
DO NOT ask any landowners if you may shoot or hunt deer on their property.
ALL land is privately owned and to trespass is illegal, REGARDLESS if posted or not, ALL hunters need landowners permission prior to accessing properties. This is a Burdick's Lodge Rule, any hunter or group who disregards this rule will be asked to leave camp….and NO money refunded ! - Coyotes are legal to shoot anytime if you have a valid deer tag.
- At no time will guns be loaded while on camp property, or in vehicles.
- PLEASE NO SMOKING IN ANY OF THE CAMPS.
- Do Not lean a loaded firearm on a vehicle IT IS NOT LEGAL !
- ALL Hunters must carry a form of ID while hunting i.e.; Drivers License or Photo ID!

Perry Burdick / Burdick's Lodge and other owners / or partial owners of camps, tree stands and or properties will not be held responsible or held liable for inappropriate actions, Game Law violations, accidents, injuries or death while hunting with us here at Burdick's Lodge.
This release form covers all hunting areas, stands, camps, and all properties owned or used by Burdick's Lodge and their clients.
