STEP #1 …….Choose the week that you are interested in reserving, email us or give us a call with your “Verbal Confirmation” this will hold your week for a period of 10 days from the date of the “Verbal Confirmation”
STEP #2 ……Complete the reservation sheet ( see Important Information / Documents and Misc Information link. ) Send a deposit of $300.00 u.s. per hunter and reservation sheet to us here at :

* We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, M/C, VISA and Paypal ( please add 6% to your payment if paying with credit card! )
STEP #3 ……Your hunt is now booked, we will email you with your reservation confirmation. Sometime in June you will receive your hunting license information packet , complete with license applications.
STEP #4 ……2ND Payment of $200 / hunter along with your hunting license applications will be due, Please send deposit and applications to us, 2nd payment and license information must arrive in our office NO LATER than August 1st , 2012. Out of Country Clients, please print out the ATF Form. This form will allow you to bring your firearm in to the United States. Please complete this form and return with your hunting license application and 2nd payment.
STEP #5 …..Final payment is due in full 15 days prior to your arrival here at Burdick's Lodge. All hunting licenses / permits and tags will be here when you arrive
(Attention Out of Country clients: Burdick's Lodge will secure all necessary paperwork from the ATF to allow our clients an easy, hassle-free entry in to the U.S. with their firearms. We will mail the original hunting licenses back to you so you will have with you when you pass through the border. Out of Country Clients we also will secure your ATF Temporary Firearm Importation Permits.)
